About the Role

We are seeking a BIM Specialist to join our Reading team.

BIM is central to our digital strategy and drives innovation across our projects. It enables collaboration, creativity, and continual improvement through well-structured, reliable data.

In this senior position, you’ll work closely with engineers and consultants to deliver BIM projects from concept to tender. You’ll oversee model setup, coordination, and quality, ensuring deliverables meet project standards. You’ll also lead internal BIM meetings, support collaboration with external partners, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both standard and complex modelling activities.

  • Produce and review high-quality project deliverables in line with industry standards.

  • Monitor model health, generate clash reports, and coordinate multidisciplinary services.

  • Lead internal BIM meetings and support external coordination forums.

  • Review BIM documentation and provide feedback to ensure alignment with project needs.

  • Maintain proficiency in COBie, asset data, and parameter management.

  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in BIM processes and tools.

About You

  • Strong BIM experience within the MEP industry.

  • Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail and organisation.

  • Skilled in Revit and familiar with BIM workflows, standards, and processes.

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality outputs and supporting others’ development.
