About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading building services consultancy looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial and public sectors, helping deliver innovative, sustainable and low-carbon building solutions.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering electrical building services designs across all project stages.
- Designing LV power, lighting, emergency lighting, small power and associated electrical systems.
- Producing calculations, specifications and technical reports.
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams.
- Attending client meetings and carrying out site inspections.
- Supporting the integration of sustainable and renewable technologies.
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to successful project delivery.
About You
You'll have:
- Experience within a UK building services consultancy.
- A degree or HNC/HND in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- Knowledge of BS 7671, Building Regulations and CIBSE guidance.
- Experience using Revit, DIALux/Relux and Amtech (Trimble ProDesign).
