Are you an ambitious Electrical Engineering graduate ready to take your first step into the world of building services? We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic M&E team in the West Midlands. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gain hands-on project exposure, and develop the technical and professional skills needed to build a successful long-term career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting senior engineers in the design of electrical building services systems across a variety of exciting projects Assisting with calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications Taking part in site surveys, inspections, and design team meetings Learning industry design standards, software tools, and real-world engineering processes Growing your confidence by working directly with clients, contractors, and project teams Progressing your skills through structured mentoring and continuous professional development

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree (or near completion) in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline
  • Passion for sustainable design, electrical systems, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit or engineering software is a bonus
