About the Role
An established and highly respected building services contractor, operating across the UK and Europe, is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator (MEP) to support a growing portfolio of offsite-manufactured and decarbonisation-led projects.
The business delivers innovative, prefabricated mechanical and electrical solutions, including energy centres and large-scale district heating schemes, for public and private sector clients. Continued investment in digital construction and offsite manufacturing has created a requirement to strengthen the BIM function.
The Role
Reporting into the BIM leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating MEP BIM models from design through to fabrication, installation, and handover.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage fully coordinated MEP BIM models using Revit and Navisworks, integrating architectural and structural models. Deliver fabrication-ready (LOD 500) models, construction drawing packs, and detailed spool drawings to support offsite manufacturing. Lead model coordination meetings and clash resolution workshops with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), maintaining clear version control and structured project data. Support construction teams by updating models based on site feedback, redlines, and design changes. Produce accurate as-installed BIM models for commissioning, handover, and asset information. Contribute to sustainability and decarbonisation goals through effective use of BIM data, materials coordination, and energy strategies.
Candidate Requirements
Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, including family creation/editing, worksets, filters, and model management. Experience using Navisworks Manage for clash detection, coordination, and federated models. Ability to interpret MEP design information, schematics, and fabrication drawings. Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator role within the MEP/building services sector. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative project environment.
Desirable Experience
Experience supporting offsite manufacturing and prefabrication workflows through fabrication-level BIM models and construction drawings.

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–3:00pm
