About the Role

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a Revit Technician & BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality building services engineering solutions. You will assist in the production of coordinated BIM models and technical outputs from concept through to construction, while developing your skills within a supportive and collaborative consultancy environment. This role is ideal for someone with initial Revit or BIM experience looking to progress their career in digital engineering.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain 3D Revit models for building services across a range of projects
  • Produce coordinated technical drawings including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schematics
  • Ensure models are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements at all stages
  • Support model coordination with architectural and structural teams
  • Attend coordination meetings and contribute to design integration discussions
  • Assist with basic clash detection and coordination issue resolution
  • Work closely with engineers and designers across multidisciplinary project teams
  • Support the delivery of high-quality technical information within project deadlines
  • Create visual outputs such as renders, model views, and presentation material
  • Assist in communicating design intent to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Support BIM processes in line with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
  • Contribute to modelling standards and best practice across projects
  • Develop understanding of BIM workflows, procedures, and digital coordination tools
  • Engage in continuous learning through project experience and mentoring

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Relevant qualification in engineering, building services, architectural technology, construction, or a related discipline
  • Experience or training in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
  • Exposure to Dynamo is desirable
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
