MEP BIM Coordinator

BIM Technician (MEP)

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven BIM Technician (MEP) to support the delivery of high-quality building services projects across a fast-paced design environment. You’ll play a key role in producing coordinated 3D models and technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems, working closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to deliver accurate, clash-free information.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain coordinated MEP BIM models and drawings
• Produce detailed layouts, schematics, and installation information
• Support clash detection and model coordination workshops
• Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements are met
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design and delivery stages
• Manage and update project documentation within CDE environments
• Assist with model audits, QA checks, and data validation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in an MEP BIM Technician or CAD/BIM role
• Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and coordination workflows
• Ability to interpret technical engineering information and drawings
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience working within multidisciplinary construction or consultancy teams

Desirable

• Navisworks experience
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 workflows
• Familiarity with Dynamo or other BIM automation tools
• HNC/HND or equivalent in Building Services, Engineering, or related discipline
