About the Role

Senior Revit Technician (BIM)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Revit Technician to deliver high-quality BIM models and coordinated construction documentation across multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and manage Revit models and technical drawings from concept to construction
Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and company standards
Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models
Perform clash detection using Navisworks
Manage Revit families, templates, and model setup
Support BIM audits, model health checks, and project handovers

Requirements

Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills
Strong BIM knowledge and coordination experience
Navisworks experience preferred
Solid understanding of construction detailing and regulations
5+ years’ Revit/BIM experience on medium to large projects
Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills

Software

Revit | AutoCAD | Navisworks | Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred)
