We are looking for a Project Manager to run a £40m education/accomodation project in Surrey. As Project Manager you will be responsible for the safe, timely and profitable completion of the scheme you will be used to taking projects from inception through to completion, being involved in pre tender and managing the build, through to PC. Your strengths as a Project Manager will include project planning, management of site teams and external consultants and the ability to deliver a quality product.
Additional responsibilities in this project manager role will include being accountable for value engineering the project, suggesting new ideas for cost and time effective solutions to get the project completed. You will have a relaxed demeanor and you will adopt a show not tell attitude.
Qualifications & Experience
You will be able to demonstrate a stable career background, alongside the experience of running projects to £50m as a Project Manager. You will hold a CSCS Project Manager card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate. Ideally the right applicant will also hold a construction related qualification.
