A new & exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commis Chef/Demi Chef de Partie to work for one of the most well-reputed Hotels in the South-East, located just 30 minutes outside of Heathrow.
You must be an enthusiastic & passionate individual who has valuable experience working for restaurants & high-end hotels, to join a friendly and dynamic kitchen team.
You will assisting the Chef De Partie in the timely presentation & production of food across the appropriate sections. You will deputise for the Chef de Partie and take occasional charge of the required section as and when appropriate, ensuring that you are delivering high quality food to the hotel guests.
Qualifications & Experience
• A flexible attitude to working hours
• Working towards C&G 706/1&2 or NVQ equivalent
• The desire and tenacity to adhere to procedures
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Customer service appreciation and awareness
• Must be able to work as part of a team
