Based within a specialist team you will be responsible for generating and managing a successful client portfolio within your given market sector. You will be responsible for maintaining a solid revenue stream and building this further through telephone based and face-to-face client management.

A successful consultant has the opportunity to progress in to either team leadership or business development manager (BDM) roles. Promotional criteria into both of these roles require billing targets to be achieved over a 12-month period.


Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Working as part of a busy, successful recruitment team you will be responsible for the generation of sector specialist candidates in line with client requirements. You will receive extensive training across the entire recruitment lifecycle and learn how to manage the entire process from pre-screen interview through to placement.

Once the first 3 months are successfully completed you are then put on your ‘consultant target’ and put though an extensive sales training course. The aim is to have you promoted to full consultant within 6 months.


Manager

Responsibility for managing a specialist recruitment team focused on the Construction and Engineering Industries. The sales manager will be responsible for a team. This team already has an existing client base and territory. The manager will be responsible for building this team up, increasing existing annual revenues through increasing existing accounts and developing new clients. The role requires flexibility to travel.
